Kevin is the Green Party candidate for the York and North Yorkshire Mayoral election on May 6th.
Allan Mortimer has been a Parish Councillor in Hutton Rudby since 2019 and has chaired Rudby Parish Council since 2021. He usually takes the lead for the Council on planning issues, and regularly speaks for the Parish Council on behalf of residents at planning committee. His achievements as Chairman include the adoption of a climate action plan and a biodiversity policy. He is a member of the Parish Council's working group which is tasked with developing public EV charging facilities in the Parish.
Allan stood as the Green Party candidate in the September 2023 byelection for the Hutton Rudby and Osmotherley division of North Yorkshire Council.
